Ruth E. Sites, 66, 842 Iron Springs Road, Fairfield, died Thursday, Feb. 5, at Gettysburg Hospital.

Born in Franklin County, she was a daughter of the late Clemence and Grace Miller Harbaugh.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Eugene R., Sites; 10 children, Robert Sites, Fairfield, Charles Sites, Gettysburg, Gary Sites, Fairfield, Mary Jo Richardson, Waynesboro, James Sites, Gettysburg, Rebecca Staples, Orrtana, Bernadette McClain, Fairfield, and Joan Ritter, Michael Sites and Stephen Sites, all of Fairfield; 37 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, meeting at the Monahan Funeral Home, Fairfield, at 9:30 a.m. to go to St. Mary's Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. to be celebrated by Father William McEvoy. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.; the rosary will be at 8 p.m.
