OBITUARY:
MRS. HARBAUGH EXPIRES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
MRS. GRACE ELLEN HARBAUGH, 74, died at her Blue Ridge Summit home Thursday morning at 10:45 o'clock after an illness of two years.
Mrs. Harbaugh was born in Emmitsburg, daughter of the late Christopher and Jane (Eyler) Miller. She was the wife of the late Clemence R. Harbaugh. She lived most of her life in the Fairfield area until the death of her husband, approximately nine years ago, at which time she moved to Blue Ridge Summit. She was a member of St. Jacob's Reformed Church, Fountaindale.
Mrs. Harbaugh is survived by six sons, Russell, Leroy, Harry, and Lester Harbaugh, all of Fairfield R. 1; Stanley, Highfield, and Maurice, Blue Ridge Summit; five daughters, Mrs. Carl Kipe, Highfield; Mrs. Harvey Benchoff, Charmian; Mrs. Eugene Sites, Fairfield R. 1, and Mrs. Milford Sanders, Blue Ridge Summit.
She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; three brothers, John, Irvin and Peter Miller, all of Emmitsburg; and four sisters, Mrs. Emmanus Turner, Emmitsburg R. D.; Mrs. Fannie Moser, Waynesboro R. D., and Mrs. Emma Wills and Mrs. John Ott, both of Emmitsburg.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Allison Funeral Home, Fairfield, with her pastor, the Rev. Claude Coyle, officiating. Interment will be in St. Jacobs Reformed Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Allison Funeral Home Saturday evening after 7 o'clock.
