Miss Avira E. Randt, Manawa, Wi., age 68, died August 29, in Manawa following a lingering illness. She was born June 18, 1910 in the Town of Bear Creek, Waupaca County. She graduated from Little Wolf High School and lived in the Manawa area most of her life. She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Manawa. Survivors include three sisters: Mrs. George (Arella) Gresen, Manawa; Mrs. Henry (Ruth) Sawall and Mrs. Alfred (Retta) Volz, both of New London; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers. The funeral was a 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Manawa, with the Rev. Carl Luedtke officiating. Interment was in Graceland Cemetery, Clintonville.
