Missouri Reames, 88, daughter of Joseph and Julia Austin Kerley, born May 2, 1897, Simpson died at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 31, 1986 at the home of her daughter in Bartonville, Ill.
She was married to Clarence Reames December 2, 1917. To this union five children were born: Rodney Reames of East St. Louis, Mrs. Rachel Modglin, Randel Reames of Lake Station, Ind., Mrs. Loy (Rosebud) Cletcher, Bartonville; and Joe Tom Reames of Murphysboro.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandson.

Two sisters and two grandchildren preceded her in death.

She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Visitation was held at Aly Funeral Home, Eddyville, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services were held at 11 a. m. Friday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Last rites were performed by the Rev. John L. Cox.

Serving as pallbearers were grandsons, C.R.Reames, Bill Reames, L. E. Cletcher, Joey Reames, Ben Ward, C. W. Modglin.
