HICKORY - Ethel Minnie Manlove Gregory, 91, of Twenty-Third Avenue, NE, Hickory died Saturday, May 30, 2009, at her residence, following an illness of 10 years.
She was born July 6, 1917, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to the late Charles Manlove and Verna Putnam Manlove. She was a homemaker and a retired registered nurse.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Gregory in 1987, and her siblings.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Parsons of Hickory and Diane Degenhart of Florida; two sons, Howard Gregory of Georgia and Daniel Gregory of Largo, Fla.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
