FANNIE M. FARMER

Bluefiled -- Fannie M. Farmer, 86, of 139
Balsam St., Bluefield, died Wednesday,
March 9, 2005, at Bluefield Regional
Medical Center.

She was born in Tazewell County, VA,
and was a daughter of the late Jessie
Farmer and Minnie Mae Browning Farmer.
She was retired from the Betsey Ross
Bakery, was of the Protestant Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by her son, Robert
Ray Farmer. She was also preceded
by a brother, William Ray Farmer; and
by sisters, Marie Morgret; and Pearl
Gibson.

Survivors include: Daughter-in-Law,
Carolyn P. Farmer, of Bluefield; brothers,
Reese T. Farmer, of Tazewell, VA;
Robert F. Farmer and wife Rosene, of
Bluefield, VA; Jessie D. Farmer and wife
Miko T., of Bluefield, VA; sister, Helen
Mathena, of Beckley; and Nora O.
Lawson, of Bluefield; granddaughter,
Robin Watson, of South Carolina;
several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m.
Sunday, March 13, 2005, at the Dudley
Memorial Chapel, in Bluefield, VA, with
Chaplain Phil Parker officiating. Burial
will follow in the Grandview Memory
Gardens, Bluefield, VA. Pallbearers
will be Steve Gibson; Victor Farmer;
Randy Lawson; Michael Lawson;
Steve Dodder; and Jimmy Farmer.

Friends may call today from 6 to 9
p.m. at the Dudley Memorial Mortuary
in Bluefield, VA.
