She was raised in Oklahoma and moved to Texas in the late 1920s. In 1936, she moved to Washington and then to San Francisco in 142. She and her husband settled in Lodi in 1975.
Mrs. Goldsmith worked as a homemaker throughout her life.
She is survived by one son, Owen Goldsmith of Mt. Ranch; two daughters, Mavis Chaney of Acampo and Mildred Woods of Maine; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Goldsmith was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Harold L. Goldsmith, and a son, Arlen Goldsmith.
