Mina was the daughter of William W. and Jennie (Long) Cook. She married Frank M. Sheagley Jan. 27, 1921 in Cutler, Carroll, Indiana. They had seven children.

Mina M. Cook Sheagley, 95, 1609 East Road 500 South, Cutler, Indiana, died at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday September 17, 1996, at her residence. On June 26, 1901, in Cutler, she was born to William and Jenny Long Cook. On January 27, 1921, she married Frank M. Sheagley, Sr. who preceded her in death on February 17, 1978.
She was a homemaker. She graduated from Cutler High School in 1919. She was a member of Cutler Presbyterian Church, and the Ladies Circle. She was also a member of the Democrat Township Home Economics Club.
Surviving are four sons and three daughters-in-law, Frank and Doris Sheagley Jr.; Joe and Rosalea Sheagley; and Dean and Bon Sheagley--all of Cutler, Indiana; and David (Mike) Sheagley of Frankfort, Indiana, two daughters and sons-in law, Barbara and Bill Draper, Kokomo, Indiana and Bonnie and Bill Wertz, Flora, Indiana; 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death was a son, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Cutler Presbyterian Church. Pastor Kevin Nollette will officiate. Burial will be in the Ball Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Baker Funeral Home, Flora, Indiana is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to Cutler Presbyterian Church.
