Tom as born to Thomas Evans Mckay and Fawn Robertson Brimhall. He had four sisters, Flora, Fawn, Barbara and Louise. He married Sarah Knowlton in the Salt Lake Temple on December 6, 1941. They had two children Marilyn and Thomas. After the death of Sarah, Tom married Suzanne Wilson Bell in the Logan Temple on July 20, 1967. Along with Suzanne's children, Diane, Glen Jane and Kathryn, they had two boys together, David and Morgan.
