When we were 4 and 5, we got a little puppy. I don't know where she came from but most likely daddy brought her home. She was in a little pen in the back yard. We only had her a short while when she got sick and died. Daddy buried her in the back yard of what was then 806 Adams Street in Longview, Texas. We had lost our very first puppy and we were sad. Not long after that happened, a man in a big truck came and left us a Cocker Spaniel puppy in a crate that grandpa Bandy sent us from Kansas City.
That cocker was our dog Patsy, but we never forgot our little sick puppy buried in the back yard ay 806 Adams Street, Longview, Texas. She had no name, just Puppy. We have no picture of her, just our memories.
