On June 3, 2005, the beloved wife of the late Cesar B. Carrera; mother of the late Gary T. Proctor; grandmother of Brennan and Brigette Proctor; great-grandmother of Ryan Proctor; sister of Thelma Williams (John) of Texas, Elmer Proctor of Ohio and the late Thomas "Bill" Proctor and Mary Eunice Gaskins. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law and pal, Colette Proctor; daughter-in-law, Susie Proctor; devoted nieces, Barbara Pitts of California and Thomasine Gentry; her sister-in-law, Sheila Proctor; devoted neighbor and caregiver, Cleo Wright, and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on June 10, from 9 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 1600 Morris Rd., SE. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
