Departed this life on Sunday, July 6, 2003 at the age of 82. Wife of the late Thomas A. Gaskins, Sr. and beloved mother of Gloria, Thomasine, Thomas Jr., Corlis, Phillip, Donald, Paul and the late Kenneth Gaskins. Also survived by 20 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Louise Carrera and Thelma Williams; brother, Elmer Proctor; five daughters-in-law, Debra, Charlene, Barbara, Marie and Wendy; other relatives and friends. Services will be held on Friday, July 11, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 1600 Morris Rd., SE, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment immediately following at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Services by POPE.
