Esdel Allen Fuston, 79, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, evening, August 7th, 2007, in a local hospital.
Mr. Fuston was a native of Smithville, TN, graduated from Liberty High School in DeKalb
County, and attended Chattanooga State for two years.

He was the son of the late Valter R. and Verna Ballinger Fuston of Smithville, TN. He was also preceded in death by an infant sister, Verna Ruth Fuston; sisters, Bertha Parker and Georgia Ray Fuston and a brother Hoyt L. Fuston.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp, and retired as supervisor with DuPont Company.

He was a member of River of Life Church.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Jean V. Fuston; son Roger Fuston of Chattanooga;
two sisters, Frances Frazier and Bertie Hayes, both of Smithville, TN. and several nieces and
nephews.
Funeral services were held Friday morning, August 10th, at 11 a.m. in the East Chapel of
Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Crider officiating.
Interment followed in DeKalb Memorial Gardens, Smithville, TN at 2 p.m. CST.
Arrangements were handled by Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, East
Chapel 404 South Moore Road, Chattanooga, TN. 37412.
