Stanley Leroy Stamper, age 79, of Flatwoods, KY, went to be with his lord on Sunday, May 15, 2016, in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. He was born to the late Robert Benjamin and Eliza (Small) Stamper on September 2, 1936, in Pedro, OH.

He was the owner of Stamper's Hearing Aids LLC. He was the past Master of the Smith Masonic Lodge and enjoyed singing in his group "The Four of Us". He was a 1954 graduate of Rock Hill High School in Pedro, OH.

He was also preceded in death by
two brothers, Robert Benjamin Stamper, Jr and Walter Ray Stamper;
his little dog, Candy.

He is survived by
the love of his life, his wife of 58 years, Margie (Layne) Stamper;
sons, Stanley Richard Stamper and Barry Stamper;
brothers, George and Jimmy Stamper;
sisters, Bernice Stephenson, Geraldine Tate, Edith Norris, Loretta Martin, Alfreda Tackett, Beverly Stapleton and Katherine Noel;
two granddaughters, Gonnegieve Stamper and Aubree Hale;
three great-grandchildren;
a loving dog, Holly.
