Husband of Bartolomea; age about 37, worked in the Judge Mine. Son of Amedeo Allegris and Pedrocehi Alise. He was killed in a mining accident, and his body discovered on July 4th.∼Monday morning of this week a cave occured at the Judge mine which cost the life of Tony Allegres, an Italian. The unfortunate victim and his partner were working in what is known as the Back Drift, just above the 1200, when without warning , the timbers were heard to crack and the ground upon which the men were working commenced to cave. The partner jumped back and in doing so raced the opposite direction from his partner. Tony Allgres was thirty seven years old and single.
