Mrs. Betty Jane (Benchoff) Fabrycki, 90, of Furnace Road, Blue Ridge Summit, PA and died Friday evening, December 4, 2015, at Quincy Village.
Born March 23, 1925 in Charmian, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harvey W. and Bessie May (Harbaugh) Benchoff.
She and her husband, the late Chester Fabrycki, Sr., were married on May 24, 1943 in Cavetown, MD. They moved to Furnace Road in 1984. Mr. Fabrycki died on May 22, 1999.
Mrs. Fabrycki was a homemaker, who enjoyed cooking and working in her yard.
She is survived by six children, Edward P. Fabrycki of Loganton, PA, Patricia M. Fabrycki of Charmian, Chester Fabrycki of Blue Ridge Summit, Alexis M. Fabrycki of Charmian, Wilhelmina Fabrycki of Charmian, and Victor Fabrycki of Charmian; three grandchildren, Theresa A. Fabrycki, Edward P. Fabrycki, Jr., and Harvey W. Fabrycki; two great-grandchildren, Nina Catherine Fabrycki and Edward P. Fabrycki, III; one sister, Florence V. Shank of Blue Ridge Summit; and one niece.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathryn V. Fabrycki.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 8, 2015, in St. Rita's Catholic Church, 13219 Monterey Lane, Blue Ridge Summit with Rev. Benny Jose, MSSCC officiating. Burial will follow in Fairfield Union Cemetery, Fairfield, PA.
