---------------
Dr. Jack had his own stand alone family medicine clinic at 4101 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Bethany for a VERY long time (it is now a mexican restaurant) and had hundreds of patients over the years who remained his patients due to his "country doctor" manner (in many of his patients opinions).

His mother worked in his clinic for years and I 'recall' that she worked there into her nineties but I don't recall her name but I do 'recall' that she lived with Dr. Jack and Lucy.
