Rebecca Waldrop Wilbanks was the daughter of Shadrack and Rachael Rhodes Waldrop of Spartenburg, S.C. She married Hosea Wilbanks Jr. on November 9, 1837 and they had seven children; Rachel A., John W., Abel A., Martha, Mary, Julia, and Rebecca J. Wilbanks. She died in 1881 in Gwinnett County, GA. It is believed that she is buried with her husband, Hosea Wilbanks in Zion Hill Baptist Church in Buford, GA but the headstone may have been damaged and is no longer there. I made this flat headstone in honor of my gg Grandmother.
