Allison Kelly was only 21 when she died of a rare form of cancer called Sarcoma. Allison was an outstanding junior tennis player with an outstanding record in high school, she hit with the #1 seed in the world with Ivan Lendl and beat the The Soviet Union's 17th ranked junior player when Allison was only 14. During her last year in High School Allison was getting migrain headaches which were pretty bad, but continued to play. She received a full scholarship to play tennis but her problems got worst. February 2004 she was diagnosed with a rare cancer called Sarcoma, only 8,500 cases are reported in the United States, she went through chemo and in October 2004 she was operated on and never woke up six days later. All of her friends and family were around her bedside when she died, her mass was held at Blessed Sacrament in Valley Stream, New York.
