Chris Carnes, age 72 of Troy and formerly of Tazewell, TN went to be with the Lord on August 21, 2011.
Chris was born in Kentucky and he is survived by his children; Donna (Craig) Smith, Sherry (Kevin) Kahl, Steven Carnes, Jason Carnes and Kimberly (Kenneth) Walker. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Amber, Lee, Rebecca, Jared, Alexander, Kyle and Nicholas along with great grandson, David. Also survived by his siblings, Cledith (Melvin), Laura and David.
He was welcomed into Heaven by his parents, siblings and friends that preceded him.
Private family services have taken place and burial was made in White Chapel Cemetery.
