Helen Harbin, 90, of Silverwood, died peacefully Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at her home in Silverwood, Michigan.
She was born October 3, 1921 in Detroit and raised by the late John & Sophia Stanek.
She married Robert Harbin August 23, 1952 in Pontiac. He preceded her in death October 18, 1983.
She was a long time member of Silverwood United Methodist Church and Polish American Club in Caro.
Mrs. Harbin enjoyed her Cats, watching the Detroit Tigers, playing rummy, watching her sons and grandsons play sports and most of all, spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by;
Gregory & Tarie Harbin (Son) of Mayville,
John & Susan Harbin (Son) of North Branch,
Michael & Tracy Harbin (Son) of Silverwood,
Mary & Doug Backers (Daughter) of Florida,
Dolly Homunice (Special niece) of Paris Ontario,
Grandchildren Travis, Trevor and Kalyn Harbin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sisters Mary & Irene.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 17, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette, with Rev. Ronald Hutchinson officiating.
Burial will be in the Dayton Center Cemetery in Silverwood.
Memorials may be donated to Silverwood United Methodist Church or United Hospice Service.

Visitation will be held on Thursday 4pm to 8pm and Friday 1pm to 2pm at Marsh Funeral Chapel , Marlette.
