Age 94. She entered the Sisters of St. Francis of the Third Order Regular of Buffalo in 1939, and earned a bachelor's degree in edducation from Canisius College in Buffalo. She also studied at St. Bonaventure Unviersity, Ball State University in Indiana and Clarke College in Iowa.
She spent over 50 years in elementary schools in the Western New York area. She taught at Sacred Heart School in Buffalo, SS. Peter and Paul in Hamburg, St. Mary in East Edn, St. Mary in Lancaster, Our Lady of Good Counsel in Darien, St. Aloysius in Springville, Infant of Prague in Cheektowaga and St. Vincent in Springbrook. She also served as a superior ot her sisters in the convent.
