COTTONPORT - Services for Emma Laborde Aymond will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Assumption Catholic Church with Monsignor Russell Ritchie officiating. Mrs. Aymond, 91, of Cottonport died at 6 p.m. Thursday in Rio Sol Nursing Home, Mansura. She was the widow of Arthur Aymond and a member of St. Mary's Assumption Catholic Church Ladies' Altar Society. Survivors include three sons, Herman Aymond and Carol Aymond Sr., both of Cottonport, and Burton Aymond of New Orleans; one daughter, Odell Hanchey of Baton Rouge; one brother, Ludger Laborde of Baton Rouge; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
