Jacqueline "Jackie" Rosenbloom (nee Goodman) was born January 26, 1923 in Richmond, Virginia, the second child of Benjamin Goodman and Rose Hankin. She died Thursday, June 28, 2012 age 89 in Saint Mary's Hospital hospice care, Richmond, Virginia.
She married Jan. 8, 1947 in Richmond, Dr. Martin "Marty" ROSENBLOOM. He wa born Jan. 7, 1922 in Petersburg, VA, the youngest of four children of Louis ROSENBLOOM and Fannie GELLMAN. Martin, an optometrist, died suddenly March 4, 2003 at age 81. Both were buried in Beth El (Forest Hill) Cemetery. They were the parents of a son, Larry and two daughters, Anita and Susan. Jackie was an artist and she enjoyed reading and spinning stories for her children and grandchildren. She was a gracious hostess and her holiday feasts were eagerly anticipated.
JACKIE'S BROTHER: Harold Goodman born Oct 25, 1918 in Richmond, VA, died 22 Feb 2016 age 97 at St Mary's Hosp., Richmond. Married in 1944, Harriet (nee Lewis). Both were buried in Hebrew Cemetery; parents of three children.
