OBITUARY.......
"Died, at the home of her son, Bert, February 21, 1919, Mrs. Adelia Kenny. She was the daughter of Henry M. and Eliza Bennett Queal and was born in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, in the year 1829, coming to Webster in 1835 with her parents, one sister, and three brothers, the mother of the family dying about a year after coming, when the two daughters, Jane, aged eight, and Adelia, six years old, took charge of the house work.
In 1850 she was married to John Kenny, who died in 1891. They were the parents of eight children, five of whom survive them. One daughter, Mrs. Don Chaffee, not present, lives in Los Angeles, California.
Mrs. Kenny united with the Webster Congregational Church in 1864 and it was always her pleasure to support it in every way possible.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, at the house, conducted Rev. A.B. Curtis. Interment was made in the family lot in the Webster Cemetery."
