Mrs. Barbara F. Cook, age 66, passed away Friday, May 21, 1999 at home with her family. 


She was born on April 12, 1933 in College Hill, Kentucky to Emanuel and Emily Fritts. 


Mrs. Cook married George Cook on September 11, 1953. 


She retired January 1, 1999 with 37 years at Old Kent Bank. 


She is survived by her husband, George and daughter, Kathie (Gerald) Wilczek and two grandchildren, Jake and Kalen Wilczek all of Waterloo, Belgium; two sisters, Anna Lee (Har-old) Knouft and Bettie (Burt) Smith all of Holton, Kansas; several nieces and nephews and special friends as well as her cat, Bo. 


She will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, at 2:00 P.M. at The Lake Harbor United Methodist Church with Rev. Wayne Speese officiating. 


In Lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to Hackley Hospital Cancer Center in Memory of Mrs. Cook.
