Rock Musician. He was a member of the rock metal band "Enuff Z'Nuff". The band originally formed in Chicago, Illinois, in 1984 and also included Chip Z'Nuff, Vikki Fox, Greg Errico, and Donnie Vie. The band recording on such labels ad Arista, Spitfire, Atco, Import, and Atlantic, released three major albums with Frigo as lead guitarist before he left the group in 1994. Frigo continued to perform even after he left the group, and the group itself continued on without him bringing new faces like John Monaco, but Frigo also made frequent guest appearances over the with the band after leaving the group. The group's many recordings included, 'Fly High Michelle,' 'Finger On The Trigger,' 'Little Indian Angel,' 'Hot Little Summer Girl,' 'Mary Ann Lost Her Baby,' 'One Step Closer To You,' 'The Love Train,' 'Innocence,' 'My Heroin,' and 'Has Jesus Closed His Eyes.' Derek Frigo passed away in Beverly Hills, California, in May 2004 at the age of 37.
