Helen Barrasso, 90, of Ohioville, died Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, in UPMC Cranberry Place. Born Sept. 30, 1920, in Whiteville, TN, a daughter of the late Girley Henry and Ruth Robely Wynne. She was a member of Saint Blaise Parish Family, Christian Mothers Guild, Holy Rosary Society and the Southerners Club. Helen was also an excellent seamstress. She was gifted with kindness and a great sense of humor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Boyd Wynne, and her beloved husband, Albert Barrasso Jr., who died on July 6, 2003. She is survived by her loving family, two daughters, Sandra Joy Barrasso, and Stephanie Ann Briczinski; four grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Springham, Kellene Lorraine Corfield, Robert Edward Briczinski and Kathleen Ann Briczinski; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas Spingham, Jacob Corfield, Chelsea Springham and Benjamin Rothenhoefort; a sister, Gloria Ann Orndorff and her nephew, Charles Orndorff and family.
