Mrs. Albert Roderick
BRODHEAD Mrs. Albert Roderick, 85, died in her home this morning following a long illness. The former Carrie Richardson, daughter of William and Mary Davenport Richardson, was born Oct 12, 1866, in Union township, Rock county (WI). She was married Oct 12, 1911, in Brodhead to Albert Roderick. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Surviving are a stepson, Lee Roderick, Manhattan, Kan.; a sister, Mrs. Wallace Crocker, Brooklyn:and three half-sisters, Mrs. Lillian Holtz and Mrs. Florence Boyd, Madison, and Mrs. Robert Haldiman, New Glarus.
Her husband,a son, four brothers, a half brother and a sister preceded her in death.The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Newcomer funeral home, the Rev. Gene Carter, Methodist pastor officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
