She was born August 6, 1921, a native of West Baton Rouge Parish, former resident of Baton Rouge, and resident of Tampa Fla. She was a retired switchboard operator for Rabenhorst Funeral Home. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., 6:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday, and 8 to 9:45 a.m. Monday. Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Jeff Bayhi.Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by a daughter, Patricia Geurard, Tampa, Fla.; a son, Henry L. "Butch" Decuir III, Baton Rouge; a sister, Mildred Hudson, Baton Rouge; five brothers, Walter C. Bayhi Jr., New Orleans, Karl J. Bayhi, Central, Reginald Bayhi, Alfred A. Bayhi and C.P. Bayhi, all of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren, Wendy Blanc, Rainie Geurard, Christopher Dawson Decuir, M. Claire Decuir and Laura J. Decuir; a great-grandchild, Taylere Blanc. Preceded in death by husband, Henry L. DeCuir Jr.; parents, Walter C. and Augusta Bayhi; a brother, Merlin F. Bayhi; and a sister, Ora Altazin, Denham Springs. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, American Legion Nicholson Post No. 38 Auxiliary.
