Parazoo was born July 15, 1943, in Searcy, Ark., to Ray and Mary Anselmi Garrett. She married Monty Parazoo in Reno, Nev., on March 21, 1965.
She grew up in Arkansas and lived in Memphis, Tenn., before settling in this area in 1964.
She graduated from Arkadelphia High School in Arkansas in 1961.
She was primarily a wife and homemaker. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her interests included collecting antiques and traveling. She enjoyed spending time with her daughters and accompanying her husband to tribal activities. She especially enjoyed her granddaughters.
Survivors include her husband; her mother; her stepmother; four brothers; three sisters; and two grandchildren.
Thursday's service will be at 2 p.m. at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene. Burial will be at West Lawn Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a breast cancer research foundation.
