Nellie was born July 1, 1910 to Camile Bourque and Eloise Baudion Bourque. She was a resident of Port Arthur for 86 years and member of St. James Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ulysse "Willie" Hebert former owner of Leo & Willie's Seafood Restaurant.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 8, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas with Reverend Greg Kyler and Reverend Dena Zapotochny officiating. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday evening from 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Lois Kyler of Groves; son, Gene Hebert and spouse, Linda of LaBelle; nine grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and thirteen great-great grandchildren.
