Services for Cecil P. Dobbs, 70, were at 1 p.m. Monday at K. L. Brown Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kenny Kelly officiating. Burial was in Jacksonville City Cemetery. Mr. Dobbs died Thursday at Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include one daughter, Kim Williams of Weaver; three sons, Russell Dobbs of Piedmont, Mike Dobbs of Jacksonville and Jimmy Dobbs of Michigan; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Marie.
