Mrs. Lasiw enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
She was a parishioner of St. Ann's R.C. Church, Dongan Hills.
Her husband, John, died in 1996.
Surviving are her stepdaughter, Andrea Tancredi; a brother, Joseph P. Besignano; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Tuesday from the Virginia Funeral Chapel, Dongan Hills, with a mass at 10 a.m. in St. Ann's Church. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Brighton.
