Larry was a former employee of Ricks Farm and Home. He and his wife, Emma, also delivered the Dallas Morning News in Red River County for over 10 years.
He was born Sept. 5, 1960, in Stringtown, Mo., the son of Leroy and Violet Harris Cook. He married his wife, Emma, on July 9, 1988, in Sulphur Springs.
He was preceded in death by his father; and a niece, Charity Burrow.
Surviving Larry are his wife, Emma; his son, Larry Benjamin Cook of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; his mother, Violet Cook of Manila, Ark.; three sisters, Laura McDowell and husband, Darrell, of Manila, Ark., Opal Burgin of Como and Doris Jones and Ted Johnson of Manila, Ark.; four brothers, Lloyd Cook of Cambell, Mo., Ray Burrow of Winnsboro, Gene Burrow and wife, Dianna, of Manila, Ark. and James Cook and wife, Dee, of Winnsboro; along with several nieces and nephews.
