Cezar Waskowski, 73, was born in Poland on October 27, 1937. As a young boy, due to the war, Cezar's family moved to Yugoslavia. He remained in Yugoslavia until about 1959, when he decided to travel to America in hopes of finding a better life. He worked very hard and became quite successful.

Cezar currently worked at Tesco Products, and that was like having a second family. Over the years he worked himself up to be the Production Manager. He was well liked and greatly respected by all his fellow employees. Cezar had an outgoing and friendly personality. He believed that life should always be lived to the fullest and that the quality of that life was of the greatest importance.

Cezar was the loving father of Iwonka, Cezar Henry "Charlie," and the late Marylka (b. 19 Oct 1967; d. 10 Aug 2009), and dear Godfather of Monika Mendoza.
