Mrs. Sharmaine "Sharm" Zimmer, aged 53, and sons Jeremy Scott Zimmer, aged 20, and Tyler John Zimmer, aged 17, all of Conklin MI, passed away September 29, 2008, murdered in their home. Jeremy's girlfriend Katherine Brown was also killed.
Sharmaine, beloved mother and friend to many, was preceded in death by her father Charles Tolar; brothers John and Mike Tolar; and sister Kate Tolar.
She is survived by her husband Robert; children Dawn Zimmer, Cheri (Ben) Gereaux, Robert (Kathleen) Zimmer, Jr., Charlie Zimmer and Alli Lozon; grandchildren Nicholas Zimmer, Alexis and Halie Gereaux, Grace, Madelyn, and Brady Zimmer; mother Charmaine Tolar; brothers and sisters Chuck (Donna) Tolar, Rose Key, Dave Tolar, Ken Tolar, Matt Tolar; and several nieces and nephews.
