A name change made it a little more difficult to unravel the history of Marion Miller. Apparently Marion was born to John Armatoski and Anna Witkowski and her name at that time was listed as Mary on census records. Sometime before 1940, Marion and her mother, both listed their surname as "Carley".

On her marriage license in 1940 to Albert O. Miller, she listed her father's name as "John Carley" and mother's name as "Ann Tuski", which led me on a search to match Carley with Armatoski. This search also led to finding the memorials of Marion's parents.
