Mrs. M. E. Settegast
Mrs. M. E. Settegast, 82, of Houston, a native of Waco, died Tuesday morning in a Houston hospital.
Services and burial were Tuesday afternoon in Houston.
Mrs. Settegast was born and reared in Waco. She was the daughter of Judge and Mrs. William G. [sic] Evans. She graduated from Waco High School and the University of Texas. In 1920, she married M. E. Settegast, a graduate of Texas A&M and a four-year letterman in football there.
Survivors include three daughters [sic], Mrs. R. Langdon, Marion Settegast Jr. and Evan Settegast, all of Houston; one cousin, Mrs. Roger M. Powell of 2100 Colcord Ave. in Waco.
