Mrs. Marie Ragan, 64, of 1125 Concord, died Saturday at 9 p.m. in Park Central Hospital after a short illness.
She was a native of Richland, and moved to Springfield in 1952.
Mrs. Ragan was a member of the Baptist Temple Church, and was a retired cook, having been employed at Foster's Rest Home, Mercy Villa, Lytle's Restaurant, Seven Gables, and Hamby's Steak House.
Survivors include two sons: Roy H. and Ron E., both of the home; a sister, Mrs. June Massey, Richland; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Ralph Thieme Chapel with the Rev. Guy Smith officiating. Graveside services and burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery with the Rev. Gene Harris officiating.
