One of his most famous films he produced and one that he took by heart was "A Night to Remember" (1958), it is one the most accurate films on the sinking of the RMS Titanic. The main reason that William MacQuitty wanted to do a film on the Titanic was that he had seen the Titanic being launched on May 31st, 1911.
