MR. ROY SMITH, 79, of Wayne, husband of Margaret Louise Mayo Smith, died Saturday, July 25, 1981, at his residence. He was a retired railroad employee and a former Wayne County Constable and jailer. Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Alexander of Wayne; three sons, Alfie Smith of Huntington, Olin Smith of Jeffersonville, Ind., and Harold Smith of Beuna Park, Calif. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne. Burial was in Dock's Creek Cemetery. Kenova.
