WOODLAND - Services for Mrs. Evelyn V. Lansberry, 82, a guest at Mountain Laurel Nursing Center, Clearfield, and formerly of Woodland, who died Tuesday, July 22, at 10:33 p.m. at the center, will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc., Clearfield.
The Rev. Thomas K. Cartwright will officiate, and interment will follow in Bradford Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow until the hour of services.
Mrs. Lansberry was born in Woodland Dec. 17, 1903, the daughter of Grace (Stewart) Mullen.
She was a member of the Main Street United Methodist Church, Woodland.
She is survived by a son, Harold O. of Grand Island, N.Y.; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Thomas Mullen of Barnesboro; and two sisters, Mrs. Thomas E. (Jane) Wisor of Mineral Springs and Genevieve Luzier of Clearfield.
Mrs. Lansberry was preceded in death by her mother; her husband, Howard O. Lansberry, in 1981; a son, Robert; a grandson; and five brothers.
