NEELEY, Mada Williams Age, 93, of Prestonsburg, died Friday, March 17, 2006, at her residence. Born April 17, 1912, in Floyd County, she was the daughter of the late Merdie B. and Dora Adams Williams. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Baptist Church, in West Prestonsburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Neeley. Survivors include six sons: John Aaron Neeley (Brenda) of Hawaii, Donald Neeley (Avonelle), Gordon Neeley and Robert M. Neeley, all of Abbott, Fred Neeley (Linda) of Pikeville and Cecil Neeley (Pam) of Harold; three daughters: Dixie N. Calhoun (Clifford) of Bull Creek, Mary A. Elkins and Jacquelyn N. Childers (Glenn), both of Abbott; a brother, Oscar Williams of Lima, Ohio; two sisters: Opal Webb and Ruth Wright, both of Lima, Ohio; 26 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Herald Dean Neeley; a daughter, Coyton Neeley; and two sisters: Maggie Prater and Marie Howell. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 19, at noon, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with United Baptist ministers officiating. Burial will be in the Johnny Neeley Cemetery, (Left Fork of Abbott), in Prestonsburg. Visitation is at the funeral home where services were held nightly. (FCT'S)
