She also appeared in the following soap operas: "O terceiro pecado" (1968), "Nenhum homem é Deus" (1969), "Xeque-mate" (1976), "O Todo-Poderoso" (1980), "Baila comigo" (1981), "O homem prohibido", "Final Feliz" (both 1982), "Guerra dos sexos" (1983, participation), "Partido alto" (1984) and "Roque Santeiro" (1985, as guest star), as well as "O tempo e o vento" (1985), a mini-series. From 1961 to 1969 she was married to actor Lineu Dias (marriage ended in divorce), with whom she had a daughter, Julia, born on March 18, 1963, and who became also an actress under the name Julia Lemmertz. Lilian died in her Rio de Janeiro apartment of a heart attack on June 5, 1986, ten days before her 49th birthday. Her daughter Julia was calling her by telephone, and realizing that her mother didn't answer, she worried and went home, finding her dead in the bathtub. At the moment of her death, Lilian was making the rehearsals for a show called "Açao entre amigos". Actress Lidia Brondi, who was one of the actress' best friends, helped to dress Lilian for her entombment. Lilian is the subject of a biography by Cleodon Coelho, "Lilian Lemmertz: Sem rede de proteçao".
