Mrs Elsie Bauer was born Thursday, June 18 1914, in Fayette County Illinois, the daughter of Cleveland and Cynthia (maiden name Sarver) Black. She grew up between Herrick and Ramsey. She married Fred Bauer; he died May 18, 1989. She and her husband lived in Chicago for many years where she was a bookkeeper for a financial firm in Chicago. She and her husband were members of Germania Club of Chicago, and Steuben Society of America. She is Survived by:
