Funeral services for Clifford Alford, 48, of Forkville [Scott Co.], who died Tuesday, May 8, were held at the graveside in Hodge Hill cemetery, two miles north of Morton, with Rev. Walter Walls in charge.
Mr. Alford had been in ill health for the last several years, he was a member of the Baptist church at Forkville.
Survivors are five brothers, Alva, Forkville; Walter, Arthur, Bob, and Frank, all of Morton; one sister, Mrs. Oscar Thompson, of Forkville.
Pallbearers were selected from friends attending the funeral.
Little and Ware Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
