Ralph worked in the Coal Mines in Pennsylvania when he lived there and when he moved to Corning, he worked for Corning Glass Works. He was one of the men along with his brothers Carl and Andrew who poured the huge "200 Inch Mirrored Disk" that is displayed in the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning.


Ralph Rocco died on December 1, 1939 and is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, Corning, Steuben, New York in the Alterisi-Rocco Plot.
