DANIEL HUMBERT
died of the infirmities of old age at 5 a.m., at his residence, 411 South 4th, aged 84 years. He was ailing one year and was bedfast 9 months. Deceased was born in Kutztown and lived in this city nearly all his life. He was engaged as a chairmaker at his home up to 17 years ago, when he retired owing to ill health. His wife, Lucy, died 17 years ago. Deceased was a member of St. Matthew's church. The following children survive: Wm. S., Mrs. George Mannerback, Mrs. James Dickison and Miss Lucy J. Humbert, together with 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
