Belle was the daughter of James Monroe Martin & Julia Ann Carbaugh. Julia Ann was the daughter of George Henry Carbaugh & Mary Ann Bowlby.

MRS. BELLE KIMMEL DIED FRIDAY NIGHT

Mrs. Belle Kimmel, aged 68 years, died at her home in Somerset township, Friday night at 11:45 p.m. She had been ill for six years and died of complications.

Mrs. Kimmel was born in Jackson county and has resided here all of her life.

She was married to Philip W. Kimmel 43 years ago. He died February 28, 1932.

Those who mourn her are four sons, Harry Kimmel of Centralia, Logan of Somerset township, Leonard of Detroit, and Raymond at home. One brother, Harry Martin of Sparta and two sisters, Mrs. Oliver Kimmel of Somerset township and Laura Conduson of Denver.

The deceased was a member of the Lutheran church.

Funeral services Monday at 2 p.m., Rev. Boatman officiating.
Burial in Zion cemetery.
